Cognitiva Records Presents: “Outlines Part. II”

A Mutant Snapshot of Europe’s New Jazz, Future Soul, Broken Beat & maverick House Scene.

Five years after the inaugural chapter that redefined the label's aesthetics back in 2021, Cognitiva Records proudly presents the highly anticipated follow-up to one of its most iconic releases. Dropping on 12” vinyl, “Outlines Part. II” is a project curated by label boss Piero that bridges the past and future of European Black music, dismantling genre boundaries through unprecedented collaborations and world-class international remixes.

“Outlines is an open book,” Piero explains. “A narrative that looks to not only the future, but also considers the past. Sounds, cultures and colours come together on a mutual path.” This second volume brings together 6 tracks (3 per side) weaving through jazz improvisation, broken beat and house music, elevated by remixes from global club culture heavyweights Byron The Aquarius and Hugo LX.
